Delivery Policy

All products are subjected to availability. If ordered product is not available after the payment has been done, customers will be informed via email and we will issue a refund for the amount paid. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

All orders received are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed. Products shall be received after 3 – 5 working days (West Malaysia) and 7 – 10 working days (East Malaysia) after the payment has been made. ER P PLUS shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance howsoever caused.

Delivery of products shall be made to the address specified by the customer in their order form. Your order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company appointed by ER P PLUS SDN BHD. To ensure prompt delivery, kindly ensure that you provide us with an accurate delivery address, and contact details including telephone number and email address. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.

Customers can get free delivery as long as MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity has been reached. Additional fees may apply if MOQ has not been reached.

At the moment, we only deliver to addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or ship internationally.

Delivery Charges:

Our standard delivery charges per order are as follows:

  • Orders of 2 items and above (West Malaysia) & 3 items and above (East Malaysia) are entitled to delivery free of charge within Malaysia.
  • For West Malaysia, the delivery charge is RM15.00 for those orders with less than 2 items.

For East Malaysia, the delivery charge is RM50.00 for those orders with less than 3 items.
