Cancellation Policy
An order can only be canceled by the ER P PLUS administrators. Cancelation can only be made under the following circumstances:
- There is no stock for the ordered item
- Discontinued product line
- Any other reasons that the website administrators deem reasonable
We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. Refund will be credited into Customer’s bank account depending on the period of time your financial institution required to arrange for the refund.
A cancellation request can be made by customers by emailing their purchase details such as name, Order ID, and Invoice No to hello@drmysaly.com by requesting the cancellation.
Please note that for cancellation requests, ER P PLUS has the right to reject your request if the order has been processed or if your request is deemed unreasonable.
Once ER P PLUS rejects your cancellation request, the order will proceed normally.
